Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BusinessOS(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by FAISEURDEREINE OÜ (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Estonia(registry code 16960162, VAT EE102883251), with its registered address at Narva mnt 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10117, Estonia.

2. Description

BusinessOSis a platform that lets you create and manage AI-autonomous businesses (“companies”). Each company runs an AI agent that can produce content, manage an audience, and generate revenue on your behalf. You retain ownership of all content your agents produce.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@faiseurderoi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Fees and Revenue Share

Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select. In addition, we deduct a platform fee (the “carry”) from revenue your companies generate, as described on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misinformation, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Circumvent usage limits or billing controls

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the content your agents produce. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. Our platform code, design, and branding remain our property.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, profitable, or legally compliant. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it to your audience.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request earlier removal.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
